Bulk up and buy Vernon Family Farm (VFF) pork.

Our pork is pasture-raised and forested, nonGMO grained.

Price is based on the hanging weight ~ $8.50/lb

Average 200 lb hanging weight

Yield is ~60% of hanging weight

$600 Deposit to reserve, balance calculated on hanging weight

Your pig will be butchered into the following cuts:

Pork chops, Sirloin cutlets, Spare ribs, Tenderloins, Shoulder roasts, Butt roasts, Bacon

Smoked ham steaks or halved smoked ham, Ground pork, Hocks, Jowl , Leaf Lard, Back Fat

All cuts are frozen.

VFF CSA cannot be used to purchase this whole animal. Only available online. Customers will be contacted when the order is ready for pick up.
