Sweetened with maple and brown sugar and seasoned with aromatic blend of herbs, spices and citrus, this one-pound bag of bird brine will brine a 12-16 lb turkey or several smaller VFF whole chickens and/or other roasts. NOTE: ingredients include pink peppercorns (relative of cashew nut)
Bird brine seasoning mix is good for 2 gallons of brine (approximately what you would need for 12-16 lb turkey or several smaller poultry meats/holiday roasts). Dry brine and wet bring instructions are included.
