An extra special night with fire-spinning performances by long-time fire spinner, Courtney Drahms. Local old-time and folk outfit The Mountain is Phil Boyd (banjo, mandolin), Colin Vandenberg (mandolin, fiddle), Chris D’Amore (bass, guitar) and Joe Kenneally (guitar, banjo, fiddle). At a Mountain show, you can expect rippin’ old-time pickin’, luscious harmonies, and beautiful dynamics.

These four have been spending a little too much time over the past few years holed up in Joe’s barn playing music and they are thrilled to be bringing the results to the Vernon Family stage again.
Each live show by The Mountain is a finely tuned and intimate affair full of original songs and deep dives into the catalogues of legendary musicians ranging from John Prine to Andrew Marlin.
For many years, The Mountain has played for the Vernon Family Farm’s annual Fire + Ice event, an end of he summer celebration of that’s sure to amaze people of all ages.

As the sister catering company of Vernon Family Farm, VK’s full menu is available at our on-farm events. The menu highlights seasonal, locally grown and raised food—all poultry and meat are pastured right here at the farm!
FARM STORE
The farm store is open during all on-farm events til 8pm. Drop in for drinks, snacks, or some local groceries to bring home with you.
