Join Rose, Dawn, and her daughter Liv, for a two hour workshop that is designed to tap you into the energy of creation and support you in manifesting your highest vision.
Rose will open our time together with a 45 minute Energy Medicine Yoga practice during which participants will be guided through setting an intention in alignment with the highest vision for themselves and their life. Throughout the practice guided imagery and coaching style cueing will be used to get into a high vibration mindset for creating vision boards. The breath work and postures will be used to help unwind the nervous system opening each participant up to the energy field of vision and master manifestation.
Dawn and Liv will then lead the way on the creation of vision boards. A vision board is a visual representation of goals that someone wants to achieve. It provides you with an opportunity to clarify and maintain focus on these goals, intrinsically using and building self-awareness.
You are encouraged to bring along any art or print that may have personal meaning to make your board your own. We will be looking through magazines, old photos, and books for words and images that resonate with your vision. Slowly as you build your collage your manifestations will reveal themselves.
Why not treat yourself to an afternoon of self-indulgence and take care of YOU! Vernon Kitchen will have cold adult drinks: wine, craft beer, cider, and canned cocktails for purchase as well as their full dinner menu.
Price: $50/person
